Insurance and financing options

We never want cost to be the reason you put off care you need, and we know it weighs on the decision for most people. That is why we talk about money before treatment begins, not after. Our insurance coordinator reviews your plan ahead of your appointment and works directly with your insurance company to get an estimate as close to accurate as possible. We are a fee-for-service practice, which means we are not in-network with any plan, but we bill nearly all plans as a courtesy and work to maximize the benefits available to you. Please note that we are unable to accept the Oregon Health Plan or HMO plans.

If you do not have insurance, you still have good options. Our White Sage Wellness Club was created for exactly this situation, with membership tiers covering cleanings, doctor exams, necessary X-rays, fluoride therapy, and an annual emergency exam, plus a courtesy reduction on any restorative treatment you need. For larger treatment plans, we partner with Sunbit, Cherry, Proceed, and CareCredit so you can spread payments over time. We can also prioritize and stagger your treatment across visits, giving you the smile you want on a timeline that works for your budget. Our practice coordinator will walk you through every option in our consultation room and answer any question you have.
